We will then help develop a strategic approach to target your key stakeholders and successfully position your company. From there we will develop communications programs that target specific objectives in specific audiences to produce measurable results that support your organisation’s objectives. We also help organisations to establish their own in-house corporate affairs teams and will act as temporary corporate affairs managers. We can also assist companies to review or establish sound corporate governance procedures.

All our relationships are led by our Managing Director, Mike Woodgate, who brings a unique blend of experience from his senior positions in finance journalism, corporate strategy and corporate affairs, government policy, investor relations and as a company secretary of an ASX-listed company. This can be combined with a hand-picked project team from our network of associates who bring their blend of expertise in strategy and futures, marketing, media relations, government relations and other specialisations.
