Our experience in strategy and policy

We have extensive experience with strategy and policy development within both the private and public sectors. This includes senior roles responsible for strategy support and strategic review programs, as well as development and presentation of submissions to government policy inquiries.

Within government, our experience includes involvement in the development of national policy for the automotive, textile clothing footwear and IT industries. We were also involved in a major study of strategic planning processes in large Australian organisations. The study was undertaken on behalf of a syndicate of seven government business enterprises.
