• Helping develop management and staff awareness of corporate governance continuous disclosure requirements to ensure your organisation remains compliant
• Assisting your company secretary with preparation of ASX and shareholder releases and announcements and assist with reporting for regulatory bodies and the ASX

Our experience in corporate governance

Our experience has been gained through senior governance roles as company secretary in the ASX-listed sector, as a board member in a governement business enterprise and other not-for-profit organisations. We introduced corporate governance procedures to an ASX-listed company at the time of introduction of the ASX Corporate Governance Council guidelines, and then reviewed and revised them in line with later ASX revisions.
